The Acronym TS stands for Technical Service 1st Line Call Support it’s a Generic Role related to Areas that involve several types of Technology.

This is my current Role related to Landlines/Broadband either Analog or Digital and Mobile Phones.

I’ve been working from Home in a major Telecom Company for almost 5 Years from 2022 until now.

My Role and Daily Tasks in the 1st Line of Technical Service are to answer Calls from Customers that have issues with Landlines/Broadband and Mobile Phones and to Troubleshoot them during the Call or Escalate to the 2nd Line if needed.

The Hardware that I use for my Role and Daily Tasks is a Google Chromebox and the Software is Google Chrome OS.
