My First Job in Lisbon, Portugal right after being discharged from the Mandatory Army Service at an Architecture and Engineering Small Company.
Doing Administrative Work mostly on a Spreadsheet called Borland Quattro Pro on Microsoft Windows 3.1

I started working in a Warehouse that sold Nestlé Products for Vending Machines during the day whilst finishing the 12 Grade of High School during the night
Doing mostly Sales and Stock Management.
1996
I finished the 12 Grade of High School.
1998
6 Months
I started a Professional IT Course where I learned Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FrontPage, Macromedia Director and Autodesk AutoCAD.
Also Training to become a Trainer and a Multimedia Project at the end of the Course.
1999
2 Years
I started working for a Telecom Company that was owned by an Energy Company in Lisbon, Portugal.
My Role was Helpdesk Technician installing Software like Microsoft NT 4.0 Client and Database Client like Oracle 8 and Applicational Software like CRM Clarify/Document Management FileNet/CTI Genesys.
Plus Hardware Management like adding RAM or Patching Cables on the Cisco Routers on the Racks.
2000s
2000
I’ve started the Course Computer Science at the University during the night in Lisbon, Portugal.
2001
I’ve dropped the Computer Science Course that I was studying at night at the University it wasn’t for me.

Operating System Unix

I’ve started the Operating Unix System Red Hat Certified Engineer Course (RHCE) that covered Standard Installations, Kickstarts, Shell, VI, XFS, File Systems, NIS, DNS, DHCP, NFS, SMB/Samba, Sendmail, Postfix, Apache, FTP and SSH.
Security
48 Hours
I’ve started the Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) and the Check Point Security Expert + (CCSE+) that covered Security Policies, User Authentication, Filter and Content Control, Firewall, VPN, IDS, NAT, LDAP, VPN Domains and Networking/High Availability by Load Balancing/Cluster.

I’ve started working at Heathrow Airport, London, England as a Passenger Service Agent.
