I’ve being working for the last 30 Years in several Areas in Lisbon, Portugal and in London, England part of the United Kingdom so I’ve divided my Curriculum Vitae in several different Roles for more detail in each Role and to exclude what might not be relevant to a Role from the other Roles.
I’m dividing it in 9 Roles and they’re shown from the oldest to the current one.
The ones related to IT (Information Technology) are on the Top and outside IT on the Bottom.
All 9 are still under Development.
In 1999 - 2001 my Role was related to Helpdesk, in 2001 - 2006 my Roles were 3 at the same time related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and DM (Document Management), in 2006 - 2007 my Role was again DM (Document Management), in 2009 - 2013 my Role was related to ATM (Automatic Teller Machine), in 2015 - 2015 was related to POS (Point of Sale) and in 2023 to the Present Day is related to TS (Technical Support).
In 1996 - 1999 was related to SA (Sales Agent) and in 2015 - 2020 was related to PSA (Passenger Service Agent).
